Please ensure all three requirements below are met for us to process your warranty claim.

1. The product should be packed in a cardboard box and the customer contact details and address should be clearly mentioned on the box.
2. A copy of the invoice should be sent along with the product in the cardboard box.
3. A duly filled Product Complaint Form should be printed and sent along with the product in the cardboard box.

If warranty service is required, please pack your product in a cardboard box and use a shipping service that offers tracking to ensure a safe delivery of your product. Otticart is not responsible for packages lost in transit and the cost of shipping the product(s) to the service center.

If warranty conditions apply to the defect of your frame, your product will be repaired with spares or replaced with a new one. If the model is not available anymore, you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase as per your otticart.com invoice. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or workmanship, you will be notified of the repair process and additional charges through email or a call.

The decision of otticart private limited in respect of the warranty claim shall be final and binding.
