Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

At Otticart, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy, subject to the terms outlined below.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request a return or exchange of any product within three (3) days of receipt.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the original invoice.

  • Prescription orders, including ophthalmic lenses and contact lenses, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their classification as medical products.

  • All returned/exchanged items are subject to a quality inspection, which will be completed within three (3) working days of receipt.

  • Upon approval of the return/exchange:

    • Customers may select an alternate product of equal value, or

    • Opt for a credit note equivalent to the returned item’s value, redeemable within six (6) months from the date of issue.

  • Exchanged/Replaced items will be dispatched within 1–2 working days following confirmation, once shipped your order is expected to arrive within 3-7 working days, depending on your location, delays may occur in the case of unforeseen events or natural disaster.

  • Return/Exchange Process:

  2. Choose the item to return and follow the steps to submit your request.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including the invoice, manuals, and accessories received with the product.

  4. Otticart will arrange a return pickup for the order.

  5. Alternatively, you may contact our support team at support@otticart.com for assistance.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our Quality Control team.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, packaging, and documentation to qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued for returns resulting from wear and tear, damage due to use, or negligence.

Refund Processing:

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment source or Otticart Wallet, as chosen at the time of return.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of product receipt and successful inspection.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank details in the “My Account” section of Otticart.com. Refunds will be credited to the provided bank account within 7–10 business days.

  • In cases involving lens upgrade issues (e.g., incorrect prescription, power range, or selection), the order may be cancelled with customer consent, and the refund will be credited exclusively to the Otticart Wallet for use in placing a new order.

Important: Please ensure all bank account details are accurate. Otticart Private Limited is not liable for refund failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete banking information provided by the customer.
